END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and [SFGG] for the software product named [SFGG] ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

1. LICENSE GRANT

[SFGG] grants you a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as follows:

You may use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on any computer.

You may not modify, translate, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, [SFGG] DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL [SFGG] BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF [SFGG] HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

4. TERMINATION

Without prejudice to any other rights, [SFGG] may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

5. GENERAL

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of [SFGG]. If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this EULA shall continue in full force and effect.

This EULA is the entire agreement between you and [SFGG] relating to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT named [SFGG] and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any other subject matter covered by this EULA.
